How Does CLIP works?
CLIP Clases Idioma Personalizado is a fully dynamic and automated intermediation platform where users can register as teachers and students to enjoy the services offered by the platform and achieve their desired goals.
In CLIP, you can register as a teacher and/or as a student, choose the ideal teacher, give or hire class hours, formalize your registration, access educational tools and content, participate in interactive activities, chat in groups, connect with the global CLIP community, among other features.
STEPS TO REGISTER AS A USER ON CLIP

AS TEACHER
a) Registration: You can access the registration option through various links provided on the platform, namely:
- From the option: DO YOU WANT TO BE A TEACHER
- Entering the LOGIN and clicking on the option: REGISTER
- In any of the bars that say: START CLASSES HERE
- At the end of the HOME page, in the option: REGISTER HERE
b) Registration Form: Once you are on the Apply as a Teacher page on CLIP, you must fill out the registration form, providing the required information. Please consider the recommendations, fill in the mandatory fields, and review the Terms and Conditions. Complete your registration by clicking on REGISTER.
c) Validate Registration: The system will immediately send a message to your inbox or email spam folder, as indicated, through which you can validate your registration on the platform.
d) Log In: Once your registration is validated, log in with your username and password on the platform's LOGIN.
e) Teacher Profile: Upon logging in, the system will direct you to your personal Dashboard, where you can finalize filling out the registration form with the professional information and extracurricular activities requested by the format. This information is necessary for users to view your details on your teacher profile.
f) Class Calendar: The system provides you with a format called 'Calendar,' where you must indicate the days and class hours you will have available to offer your service as a teacher in your specialized language. The system is designed to allow the teacher to offer classes 24 hours a day according to their availability, considering that they may have students located in different countries and continents.
g) Hourly Rate Calculation: To facilitate your services as a teacher on CLIP, you must specify the value of your hourly class rate for a duration of 60 minutes. Set an hourly rate that is competitive in the market. If you are a new teacher in online classes, CLIP suggests indicating an hourly rate below the average to attract clients. To be part of the team of teachers, you will need to pay a commission percentage on your hourly rate for each facilitated hour/class. If you wish to teach various languages, you can offer different hourly class rates based on the professional level and expertise you have in each language.

AS STUDENT
a) Registration: You can access the registration option through two (2) options provided on the platform, namely:
- Entering the LOGIN and clicking on the option: REGISTER
- In any of the bars that say: START CLASSES HERE
b) Registration Form: Once you are on the Apply as a Teacher page on CLIP, you must fill out the registration form, providing the required information. Please consider the recommendations, fill in the mandatory fields, and review the Terms and Conditions. Complete your registration by clicking on REGISTER.
c) Validate Registration: The system will immediately send a message to your inbox or email spam folder, as indicated, through which you can validate your registration on the platform.

e) Student Profile: Upon logging in, the system will direct you to your personal Dashboard, where you can finalize filling out the registration form with personal information, preferences for searching teachers and languages, as well as setting available hours for classes.
f) Setting Available Hours: The system presents you with a format where you can indicate the days and times you will be available to attend language classes with the selected teachers. The system is designed to facilitate classes for students anywhere in the world, so you should check teachers who offer classes primarily in your country of residence and/or, alternatively, review the availability of teachers who provide classes in your time zone.
g) Classes: In this option, you can review the classes you have scheduled with a teacher or teachers you've selected. Additionally, you can add extra classes based on the hours they have available.
h) Chat: This tool allows you to have online conversations with other students and/or teachers registered on the platform to clarify doubts and share valuable information.
HOW TO LOCATE LANGUAGE TEACHERS ON CLIP?
- Enter our web platform APP_URL
- Check the link that says 'Search Teachers'; there, you can locate your ideal teacher based on the language they teach, languages they speak, level, schedule, specialty, and the price per hour of classes.
- Register as a student on CLIP to be able to hire classes with a teacher.
- Select your ideal teacher and request a free trial class.
- You will be able to learn about the professional profile of the selected teacher, their introduction video, and personal opinions from some students.
HOW TO WATCH CLASSES ON CLIP
- Register as a Student
- Find and select your ideal teacher.
- Book a free class.
- Choose class hours with the teacher.
- Wait for the teacher's approval.
- Make the payment for the total contracted hours.
- Wait for the validation of your payment.
- Register on Zoom to attend the classes.
- Wait for the student code that CLIP will send you to attend your classes through the Zoom application on the platform.

In this section, you will find answers to help you resolve your doubts and concerns regarding the use of the platform, both as a student and a teacher.
LANGUAGE
The system allows you to select the language of most countries. If your native language is not available, you can report it to CLIP by sending a message to [email protected]. Alternatively, we suggest selecting another language that you are proficient in.
CURRENCY
You have the option to select the currency of the country where you are located. If it does not appear on the list, we recommend informing [email protected] and waiting for a response. Alternatively, you can use the American dollar as the currency for your payments.
